Meisterstück Georg Weishaupt 1986

The Masterpiece was designed by Georg Weishaupt as a cleat construction, thus giving the instrument a filigree appearance.

The entire case was made of knotless ash wood and lightly stained grey. The instrument can be easily dismantled and transported by lifting off the top. The suspended action allows a very sensitive playing style. The carvings with motifs from the bird world were made by the artist Hans Malzer.
